FileNestBD ব্যবহার, Digital Products ক্রয়, payment, download, subscription বা digital access গ্রহণের আগে অনুগ্রহ করে এই Terms & Conditions মনোযোগ দিয়ে পড়ুন।
FileNestBD একটি Digital Product platform। আমাদের website ব্যবহার করা, account তৈরি করা, কোনো Digital Product কেনা অথবা কোনো Digital Service/Access গ্রহণ করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই Terms & Conditions মেনে চলতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।
Acceptance of Terms
FileNestBD website-এ প্রবেশ বা website-এর কোনো service ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই Terms & Conditions-এর অধীনে থাকতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।
এই Terms-এর কোনো অংশের সঙ্গে আপনি একমত না হলে অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদের website, products অথবা services ব্যবহার করবেন না।
User Accounts
আপনি যদি FileNestBD-এ account তৈরি করেন, তাহলে আপনাকে প্রয়োজনীয় information সঠিক ও সম্পূর্ণভাবে প্রদান করতে হবে।
আপনার account-এর login credentials নিরাপদ রাখার দায়িত্ব আপনার। আপনার account-এর মাধ্যমে সংঘটিত কার্যক্রমের জন্য আপনি দায়বদ্ধ থাকবেন।
আপনার account information অন্য কারও সঙ্গে share করা থেকে বিরত থাকুন, বিশেষ করে যদি কোনো product বা service ব্যক্তিগত ব্যবহারের জন্য প্রদান করা হয়ে থাকে।
Digital Products & Product Information
FileNestBD-এ Apps, Software, Premium Subscriptions, AI Tools, Online Courses এবং বিভিন্ন Digital Resources বা Digital Access offered হতে পারে।
আমরা প্রতিটি product-এর description, features, requirements, validity, access method এবং অন্যান্য গুরুত্বপূর্ণ information যতটা সম্ভব সঠিকভাবে উপস্থাপন করার চেষ্টা করি।
তবে কোনো product-এর third-party platform, software provider, service provider অথবা external system-এর পরিবর্তনের কারণে কোনো feature, availability বা functionality পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
Pricing & Payment
FileNestBD-এ প্রদর্শিত product price সময়ের সঙ্গে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে। প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী আমরা কোনো product-এর price, offer, availability অথবা service terms পরিবর্তন বা update করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।
বর্তমানে available payment methods-এর মধ্যে প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে নিম্নলিখিত payment options থাকতে পারে:
- bKash
- Nagad
- Bank Payment
- Website-এ প্রদর্শিত অন্যান্য available payment method
কোনো order payment সফলভাবে সম্পন্ন এবং প্রয়োজনীয় verification শেষ হওয়ার পরই order processing বা digital delivery শুরু হবে।
Digital Delivery & Access
FileNestBD-এর Digital Products physical delivery-এর পরিবর্তে digital format-এ প্রদান করা হয়। Product-এর ধরন অনুযায়ী download link, file, license information, activation information, account access অথবা অন্য কোনো digital delivery method ব্যবহার করা হতে পারে।
Payment successfully confirmed হওয়ার পর eligible products-এর ক্ষেত্রে automated system-এর মাধ্যমে download বা access available হতে পারে।
কোনো technical issue, payment verification, system error বা third-party service limitation-এর কারণে digital delivery সাময়িকভাবে বিলম্বিত হতে পারে।
Payment সম্পন্ন হলেও যদি আপনার order বা digital access সঙ্গে সঙ্গে available না হয়, তাহলে একই payment বারবার করার আগে আমাদের support team-এর সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করুন।
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Digital Products physical products-এর মতো ফেরত দেওয়ার সুযোগ থাকে না। Refund, replacement বা access-related resolution product-এর ধরন এবং প্রযোজ্য Return & Refund Policy অনুযায়ী নির্ধারিত হবে।

Acceptable Use
FileNestBD থেকে পাওয়া Digital Product, account, subscription, license, access বা অন্যান্য digital resources শুধুমাত্র প্রযোজ্য product terms এবং applicable laws অনুযায়ী ব্যবহার করতে হবে।
নিম্নলিখিত ধরনের কার্যক্রম অনুমোদিত নয়:
- অন্যের account বা access অনুমতি ছাড়া ব্যবহার করা।
- কোনো product, file, license বা access অননুমোদিতভাবে copy, reproduce বা redistribute করা।
- কোনো Digital Product বা access অন্যদের কাছে অননুমোদিতভাবে resell বা share করা।
- আমাদের website বা services-এর security বা normal operation ব্যাহত করার চেষ্টা করা।
- প্রযোজ্য আইন বা third-party service-এর terms লঙ্ঘন করা।
Intellectual Property
FileNestBD website-এর content-এর মধ্যে থাকা text, graphics, logos, design elements, images, product descriptions এবং অন্যান্য original materials প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে FileNestBD বা তার respective content providers-এর property হতে পারে এবং applicable intellectual property laws দ্বারা protected হতে পারে।
কোনো content বা Digital Product-এর ownership অথবা usage rights শুধুমাত্র purchase করার কারণে স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে transfer হয়েছে বলে গণ্য হবে না। Product-specific license বা usage terms প্রযোজ্য হলে সেগুলোও অনুসরণ করতে হবে।
Third-Party Services & Links
আমাদের Digital Products-এর কিছু অংশ third-party software, platform, service provider বা external website-এর সঙ্গে সম্পর্কিত হতে পারে।
Third-party service-এর availability, features, policies, pricing অথবা functionality আমাদের সরাসরি নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে থাকতে পারে।
কোনো third-party website বা service ব্যবহার করার ক্ষেত্রে সেই provider-এর নিজস্ব terms এবং policies প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
আমরা website এবং services নির্ভরযোগ্যভাবে পরিচালনার জন্য যুক্তিসঙ্গত প্রচেষ্টা করি। তবে uninterrupted, error-free বা সবসময় available service-এর নিশ্চয়তা প্রদান করা হয় না।
Third-party platform-এর downtime, service interruption, technical failure, compatibility issue অথবা আমাদের reasonable control-এর বাইরে থাকা পরিস্থিতির কারণে কোনো service বা digital access প্রভাবিত হলে তা বিবেচনা করা হবে।
যেখানে প্রযোজ্য, কোনো Digital Product-এর নিজস্ব provider-এর terms, requirements বা system limitations-ও প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
Governing Law
এই Terms & Conditions বাংলাদেশের প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত ও ব্যাখ্যা করা হবে।
FileNestBD এবং customer-এর মধ্যে কোনো বিরোধ দেখা দিলে প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুযায়ী তা সমাধানের চেষ্টা করা হবে।
Changes to These Terms
FileNestBD প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী এই Terms & Conditions-এর কোনো অংশ update, modify বা পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
পরিবর্তন করা হলে updated version এই page-এ প্রকাশ করা হবে এবং প্রকাশের পর তা কার্যকর হবে।
তাই website ব্যবহার করার সময় সর্বশেষ Terms & Conditions review করার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হচ্ছে।
